About Us
One Team, Not One Advisor
With our “One Team, Not One Advisor” philosophy, our clients can benefit from the collective experience and care of our entire practice, not just a single advisor. Every client at SBWA can rest assured knowing that no matter where they are today, we’ll work to help create a bridge to where they want to go, with premium, personalized attention every step of the way.
Our principles and pillars guide how we advise and support clients at every stage of financial planning, reflecting our commitment to a thoughtful and disciplined approach.
What’s Most Important to Us
Always Put The Client's Interest First
Every decision begins with what is best for the families we serve. We lead with service, responsibility, and a deep commitment to doing right by the client, at all times.
Radical Candor
We communicate with honesty, clarity, and respect. We speak directly, care personally, and foster a culture where truth is shared openly because it creates better outcomes for clients.
Integrity In All That We Do
Our actions reflect our character and values. We do what we say, honor our commitments, and uphold the highest ethical standards in every part of the client relationship and the business.
Solutions Focused
We approach challenges with curiosity and creativity. Instead of dwelling on problems, we identify pathways forward and provide thoughtful, actionable guidance for even the most complex situations.
Respecting Each Other
We treat colleagues, clients, and partners with dignity and professionalism. A healthy culture begins with mutual respect, active listening, and the belief that every person’s perspective matters.
Physical, Emotional, And Financial Well-Being
We care about the whole person. We strive to create an environment that supports health, balance, fulfillment, and long-term resilience for our team and our clients.
Commitment To Lifelong Growth And Learning
We embrace improvement. Whether through new skills, better tools, or deeper understanding, we are always evolving. This mindset helps us serve clients better and stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
How We Support Clients
Thoughtful Guidance Rooted in Their Goals
Clients can always expect advice that is personal, intentional, and aligned with what matters most to them. We take the time to understand their life, their values, and their long-term vision before making any recommendation. Every step is guided by clarity and purpose, not quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice.
Precision, Discipline, and Follow-Through
Clients can depend on consistent execution and a disciplined process. We monitor details carefully, anticipate next steps, and manage their financial life with the same level of rigor we would apply to our own. Reliability is a core part of the relationship. When we say we will do something, it gets done.
A Partner Who Shows Up in the Big Moments
Clients can expect a team that is present, steady, and supportive during the most important moments in their lives. Whether it is a major investment decision, a sudden life change, a family milestone, or an unexpected challenge, they have a trusted partner who stands with them. They never have to navigate alone.
Our Team
Advisors
Max DiSesa, CFP®, APMA®, AAMS
Managing Partner
Max DiSesa is a Managing Partner at Seven Bridges Wealth Advisors, where he advises individuals and families with $1 million or more in investable assets, including highly compensated professionals, business owners, and those navigating significant life transitions like an inheritance or the loss of a spouse. With over 14 years of experience, his approach is built on a simple premise: clients should understand their risk, their performance, their fees, and how every decision connects to what they're actually building toward.
As the firm's visionary, Max drives the firm's evolution, from platform independence and strategic growth to integrating emerging technology into how clients are served. He is focused on building an organization designed to guide clients and their families for generations.
After summiting Mount Everest, Max carried a principle back that now runs through both his leadership and his advisory work: the goals worth pursuing are reached through preparation, disciplined decisions, and the patience to see them through.
He is committed to longevity in every sense, dedicated to extending both lifespan and health span through disciplined daily practice while building an enduring firm meant to outlast him. Outside the office, he travels, cooks, scuba dives, reads widely, and plays chess. At home, he and his fiancée share life with two rescue cats, Martini and Caper.

Managing Partner
Joe is a Managing Partner at Seven Bridges Wealth Advisors, focusing on revenue-generating verticals across the firm as well as continuing to build a service offering that delivers exceptional value to their clients. During his tenure there, Joe collaborated closely with attorneys and accountants to design sophisticated insurance solutions tailored for high-net-worth clients, aligning advanced planning strategies with complex estate planning needs.
Over the years, Joe's passion and relationship with his clients evolved into a more holistic, fiduciary-focused advisory practice; focusing on the seven areas of financial planning. In addition, he provides comprehensive solutions including, portfolio management, asset allocation, and tax optimization all centered on achieving long-term client outcomes. One of the reasons Joe joined Seven Bridges Wealth Advisors was to expand his capacity to deliver objective, best-in-class financial advice within a truly client-first framework allowing independence free of any "proprietary products".
Outside of work, Joe is a girl dad to his two daughters, Adriana and Mila, and lives in Westchester County with his wife, Stephanie. The family enjoys spending time at their vacation home in their favorite place, the Berkshire Mountains. Joe loves getting outdoors, whether by going fly fishing or camping and hiking.
